Hi, my name is Ben. Welcome to another super easy English video. The goal of this video is to explain things to you, to talk to you in English. Your job, you just should listen and watch and try to Understand. Okay? Today, like I said, we're talking about pens and things that are on my desk. On my desk. So, this is a desk, right? I have my computers on here. That's my desk right here. This whole room is my office. It's where I work. I work in this room. And the thing that I work on, the table, is called my desk. This is my desk. Not a very good drawing of a desk, but that's my desk. On my desk, on top of my desk, so on my desk, I've got lots of stuff. I have things on my desk, and I want to tell you about them. First, I have some pens. I have three pens here in my hand, or my hands. There's three pens. I have a red Sharpie. The brand is called Sharpie. I have a red Sharpie, a blue Sharpie, and a black Sharpie. These are permanent markers. Permanent, which means you cannot get rid of them. You write. So I can write. I can write on this. There, I wrote on it, but now I can't erase it. I can't get rid of it. It's permanent. It's there forever. So I have some permanent markers here. Three of them. One, two, and three. I also have a regular pen, just a normal pen. This one also is permanent, but not as permanent. It's a little bit more regular. You see it's got a thinner line. This one is quite thick. Thick means that it's very thick, right? A thick line is like that, very thick, and a very thin line, very thin line, very small, very thin, is like that. Over here I can also draw a thin line and A thick line. And an even thinner line. All the way down here. Wow, that's very thin. So there's three different lines of different thicknesses. So we have the very thin line, the medium line, and the thick line. The thick line. Or you might see on the internet, thick, with two Cs. So I have a normal pen. There's the lid. I put the lid on. I also have this fake pen, which is for my tablet. This is the tablet that I write on. It's plugged in. I have a cable, right? A cable. Ah, they're too short. Oh, there's my, it moves. This is my tablet. It's plugged into my computer, which is why you can see it here. There we go. That's better. And this pen is not real. It can't draw, right? If I have my sticky notes here, it doesn't do anything. It's not a real pen. It's a fake pen or a digital pen. It's for writing on this. So I take this pen and I write. There we go. I can draw things. I can say, hi, hi. I also have another fake pen. This pen is for writing on this thing. So if I draw here, it's that kind of writing. And if I press this button, it goes away. But I want this. I need this. This is important information. So I'm going to keep it there. What else do I have on my desk? I have a credit card. A credit card. This is a credit card from Discover. I don't want to show any of the numbers, but I have a credit card. I also have a business card. This is a business card that's got my information on the back. Right. There we go. That's me. Hello. Focus. There we go. Ben Adams. It's got my business card. So I have some of those on my desk. Looks like I have six of them. I have six of them. Then I also have this thing. This is a tool for removing keys in my keyboard. So here's my keyboard. And this is for taking out keys. So if I put it over this guy right there and I pull, it comes off. And so I can remove the keys on my keyboard if I want to clean them, clean them or change them. I can also change them if I want. And there we go, it's back. So this is for removing keys on my keyboard. Let's see, what else do I have? I have a, this is for my glasses. If you see, I actually have different arms. These might be called arms. So I have one arm here and one arm here. They're different. And this is the old arm that used to be here, but it broke off. It fell off. And so now I keep it here in my thing, in this, Bucket. I don't know what this is. My glasses thing. I also have a glasses cleaner for cleaning my glasses. This is a glass cloth or whatever. Something like that. I have an exacto knife. This is a very sharp knife for cutting things. It hurts. It would hurt a lot. It's very, very sharp. It's sharp, which means that it will easily cut something. Let's see. If I cut this paper, I can, there we go. I can easily cut through this paper. It's very sharp. That's what this is. A knife or an X-Acto knife. I have another Sharpie. Here's another Sharpie. I also have an ink nice pen. This is a Pentel liquid gel ink. It's very easy to write with. It's very nice. If I write on here, it's very easy. It's a gel pen. That's what this is called, a gel pen. So I have another pen. This is a little screwdriver. This is great. So if you can see, it's, let's see, right there maybe. Ah, there we go, that's better. This is a screwdriver. And so I can, but it's very small. It's very small. And so I can open up little computer things. I can also turn it around and it's a little bit bigger. There is a different screwdriver. And this is also useful for opening something, right? So I can, if I needed to open this, I could put it here on the bottom and then pull up to wedge something out, right? So this is a nice handy screwdriver. Got another pen. I have a USB drive, a USB stick like that. This is a USB drive, very handy, very useful. I've got some tape. Lovely tape, great. I have an eraser. This is an eraser. It is not a borrador, it is an eraser, which you can use to erase things, right? Oh, but only pencil, pencil, aha. This is a pencil, right? This is a pen. ink right I cannot erase this doesn't work this is a pencil it's a mechanical pencil but it's a pencil and so I can draw I can draw up here and then I can erase it and it's gone bye bye It's gone. So this is a pencil. This is a pen. And this is an eraser to erase pencil, but not pen. Let's see. I also have some, well, this is empty. There's nothing in it. It's empty. but this had pencil lead, so this at the top, this is called pencil lead, and this had some in it, five millimeters or 0.5 millimeters. Oops, it fell. I also have some SD cards. SD cards. I have three of those, or no, I have two of those. No, I have one of those. I have one SD card, one SD card, and I have two adapters. They're not SD cards. These are adapters. You see they have a little slot in them right there. That's a little slot to put a very small little SD card into. So it's an adapter. It is not an SD card. I've got two of those. That's pretty much everything in my little, my little bucket thing. I've also got other stuff in my, on my desk. I have a heart shaped rock. I have a harmonica. I have a harmonica. That's fun. I have a harmonica. I have a bug bite thing. This is for getting rid of bug bites. A bug, a little tiny bug that crawls on your arm and bites you. What you can do is you put this on it, you pull, and it takes out the bug bite. It gets rid of it. It goes away. It's like magic. I tell you, it's amazing. Um, what else? I have, uh... I have a mouse. I've got my mouse. I've got my water bottle. But that's pretty much everything that I have on my desk. I've got a lot of random things. A lot of stuff, you might say. But I think that's everything for this video. I hope that you enjoyed it and you maybe learned a couple of words. If you did, make sure to leave a comment below if you liked it and what you learned. But I'll see you next time. So have a great rest of your day. Bye bye.
